    Dear Fellow Members,

    I am wondering if there are any members who have Butlers in Hamilton. I am researching my great Uncle. Josiah Butler Born 1841 Brixton Died 1890 Hamilton Victoria. He came to Australia with two of his Brothers Thomas and Edmund in the mid 1850s. He married Sarah Ann Goss and they had seven children. He had a soap works and then shops in Hamilton.

    Hi Thank you for the reply no I haven’t look there yet however I have read some information on the set up of the soap works in the Western District Families.

    I will now go to trove.
