The Southern Cross Region organises a variety of functions and events throughout each year, to enable members to keep in touch with each other.

Each meeting begins with a general discussion, when members compare notes and report progress on their research, and view items from the Archive while eating lunch. After a short meeting, when we review and discuss progress on various activities, there is more discussion over afternoon tea.
Please bring your own lunch, tea and coffee is provided.

SOUTHERN CROSS REGION INTERNATIONAL GATHERING 2025
Every three years we hold a Gathering each time in a different location when we showcase the Butler men and women who contributed to the history and development of our host location.
Our next Gathering will be in Sydney in October 2025. It is a four day event and details will be posted later this year.
